Job summary

SetSales in London seeks an Email Campaign Manager to own our email marketing strategy, manage campaigns and drive revenue from our CRM and customer data. You will craft emails and segment audiences to maximise event registrations.

You'll work from our HQ next to Victoria Station, collaborating with the CEO and Marketing team. A bachelor’s degree, UK work permit, and strong English/analytical skills are required. Remote work is not offered and the pace is fast.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segment databases, maximise revenue from CRM.

• Acquire and activate reactive leads.
• Coordinate with Content and Sales teams to reach target groups.
• Sell tickets and drive registrants via marketing inbox.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database
• Copywrite and design (with help from our Graphic Designer) emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards our events (i.e. webinars and conferences)
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies
• Acquire and activate reactive leads
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales team to ensure we reach the right target group
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing our marketing inbox
