Job summary

HRtechX Ltd. is seeking an Email Campaign Associate to own end-to-end email marketing, social content and digital presence from our London HQ. You will collaborate with a driven team, gain real-world responsibility, and contribute to growth through campaigns, design and analytics.

The role welcomes candidates across levels; a UK work permit is required, and a bachelor’s or master's degree or active pursuit of a degree is expected. Onsite work Monday–Friday in London.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• UK work permit required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or current student pursuing a degree.

Responsibilities

• Email marketing: Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy and optimisation for our newsletter, product updates and exclusive promotions.
• Social media growth management: Manage and grow our LinkedIn; help leverage content on YouTube and launch Twitter.
• Graphic design: Maintain visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Website: Design, SEO, UX optimisation and launch new formats reflecting brand identity.
• Analytics: Measure and improve performance metrics across channels.
• Paid advertising and PPC campaign management.
• Collaborate with other departments to share content and inform on brand progress.
