Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid M&A or advisory background.
• Associate-level experience in investment banking.

Responsibilities

• Conducting targeted industry research for investment and advisory purposes
• Performing valuation analysis of prospective investment opportunities, including financial risk assessment
• Benchmarking company financial data against industry peers to forecast sector trends
• Designing and developing quantitative models to assess the economic performance of target companies
• Preparing written investment analyses and evaluations for senior management and client review
• Participating in client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence sessions
