Job summary

IUSCA seeks a Special Operations Strength and Conditioning Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate strength and conditioning programmes for Special Operations Forces personnel at Mildenhall. Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, evaluate, and document strength and conditioning programmes for Special Operations personnel.
• Establish effective physical training protocols and support safe return to training after injury.
• Coordinate with human performance staff and provide exercise instruction.
• Contribute to facility procedures, training protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain records, support education activity, and utilize relevant software and technologies.
