Job summary

Irving Scott Limited is seeking an experienced Butler for a private London household. This full-time, permanent role offers a five-day week (Fri–Tue) with hours roughly 1pm to 9–10pm, and Wed–Thu off.

Uniform provided and 20 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays accompany a negotiable salary based on skills and experience. Joining a polished, service-led team, you will support afternoon through evening service, maintain exceptional standards, and contribute to the smooth running of service

Qualifications

• Previous private household, luxury hospitality, yacht, estate or formal service experience.
• Confident, discreet and highly professional manner.
• Strong teamwork skills within an established household structure.
• Excellent presentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver discreet, polished front-of-house and butler service.
• Support daily household service from afternoon through evening closedown.
• Work alongside other butlers on shift as part of a professional team.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, organisation and attention to detail.
• Support the smooth running of service for principals, family and guests.
