Job summary

Ydun in London seeks elite Personal Trainers to deliver high‑efficiency 30‑minute sessions for up to three clients using cutting‑edge technology. You will conduct in‑depth health assessments, translate data into bespoke plans, and ensure a premium, highly personalised experience within a luxury studio environment.

The role requires postgraduate exercise science qualifications, expertise in strength and mobility, and comfort with AI‑driven software, Notion, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in exercise sciences (e.g. MSc in Sport and Exercise Science, Physiology, Physiotherapy, or closely related field).
• Deep knowledge of strength training, mobility and endurance principles.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals or luxury fitness environments.
• Strong customer-facing and hospitality skills.
• Comfort using data and AI-driven software to analyse and improve training outcomes, plus team software like Notion and Google Workspace.
• Availability for multiple shifts per week (5–8 hours per shift).

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-minute sessions for up to three clients with personalised attention and technical guidance.
• Conduct 1-on-1 assessments using advanced equipment to track progress and refine training protocols.
• Deliver world-class hospitality to premium clientele and maintain a pristine studio environment.
• Operate specialised training technology to maximise client results and experience.
• Design evidence-based training, nutrition, and recovery plans tailored to goals.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming studio and stay at the forefront of fitness and longevity research.
• Stay updated on longevity science to ensure high level of expertise.
