Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of coaching experience or completion of an Exos Performance Internship.
• Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings.
• Strong customer service skills, prioritizing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Instruct clients to achieve their fitness goals in a safe and ethical manner.
• Conduct on-site assessments of clients’ health.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to monitor their progress.
• Participate in program design, research, planning, and development.
