ISS UK is looking for a Cleaner to join our team, delivering a high-quality housekeeping service across offices, meeting rooms and restrooms with a keen eye for detail.

You will work in a busy environment, providing excellent customer service to colleagues and customers, following health and safety standards, reporting hazards, and communicating politely with site users to maintain a clean and welcoming workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
• Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping.
• Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly.
• Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards.
• Report any dangers, near misses or hazards to your manager.
• Maintain excellent customer service with clients and colleagues.
• Be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
