Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Night Cleaner to help keep all areas spotless and well-presented for members, guests and staff. Working overnight, you’ll clean public areas, restaurants, bars, offices and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards.

You will work independently or with a small overnight team to ensure the property is ready for the next day’s operations. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of our team.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliability, discretion and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of public areas, offices, back-of-house spaces, restrooms, restaurants and bars overnight.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, polish and sanitise surfaces to required standards.
• Deep clean areas not possible during daytime service hours (e.g., kitchens, carpets, event spaces).
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels and cleaning materials.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Report maintenance issues or hazards identified during night shifts.
• Support with waste management and recycling processes.
• Work discreetly and professionally in member and guest-facing areas.
