Job summary

SRG Recruitment is seeking energetic HGV Driver candidates to join a nationwide transport team. You will handle palletised goods, general haulage and airport cargo across the UK, ensuring safe loading, securing and compliant paperwork.

The role requires a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 1 or 2, CPC and Digi Tacho, plus ADR. Expect at least 50 hours per week in a dynamic environment with ongoing CPC training and a modern fleet.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with HGV Class 1 or 2, CPC and Digi Tacho.
• ADR required.
• Knowledge of UK road networks and airport cargo handling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 1 or 2 vehicle to collect and deliver across the UK.
• Transport time-sensitive cargo to major UK airport hubs with compliance to regulations.
• Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle checks and report defects.
