Qualifications

• Qualified in specialist discipline, such as Pilates, Spin or Yoga.
• Confident leading group classes in a professional fitness environment.
• Friendly, reliable and well-presented.
• Able to adapt sessions for different fitness levels.
• Passionate about member experience and service quality.
• Organised, punctual and committed to high standards.
• Ideally experienced working within a premium club, private members’ club, boutique studio or luxury hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality group classes tailored to various fitness levels.
• Ensure participant safety by providing clear instructions and modifications as needed.
• Encourage member engagement and foster a positive class atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate attendance and class records.
• Work collaboratively with the fitness team to support the overall gym programme.
