David Lloyd Clubs is seeking passionate Group Exercise Instructors (Self Employed) to lead engaging classes across our Eastbourne studios. Join a premium health and wellness group with CIMSPA-accredited training and ongoing coaching.

You will adapt to all fitness levels, inspire members, and deliver diverse classes from yoga to HIIT. A self-driven, customer-focused communicator will thrive here, within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Formación

• Must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Passion for health and fitness with the ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engaging and dynamic group exercise classes.
• Inspire and support members to achieve their goals.
• Adapt class intensity for varying abilities and levels.
• Maintain studio safety and equipment; ensure high standards.
