Job summary

PwC is seeking an experienced Executive Chauffeur in London to provide safe, reliable, and discreet driving services to the Senior Partner and, on occasion, Executive Committee members. You will operate with another driver, following planned shift patterns and maintaining high standards of confidentiality and presentation.

Responsibilities include planning routes, handling luggage, and ensuring timely journeys while upholding PwC policies.

Qualifications

• Experience driving in corporate or executive environments.
• Full, clean UK driving licence with excellent record and DBS background check.
• Strong knowledge of London roads and routes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and shift patterns.
• Discretion and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual, discreet transportation for senior executives, team members and guests.
• Remain highly responsive and adaptable to changing schedules, urgent requests, out-of-hours work and long-distance travel.
• Maintain confidentiality, security awareness, professionalism and diplomacy when representing PwC.
• Deliver exceptional passenger service, including greetings, luggage assistance, and adapting communication to preferences.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained to high standards, including daily checks, servicing, MOTs, records and travel amenities.
• Plan and monitor routes to minimise delays and ensure timely journeys.
• Work closely with the second chauffeur and the Senior Partner’s Office for seamless handovers and continuity.
• Carry out ad hoc executive support tasks and comply with PwC policies while maintaining professional appearance.
