Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Allen & Harris team in Highworth. You will generate and book valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion, with uncapped commission on a basic £25k salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in property sales or estate agency.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with buyers.
• Negotiate offers and progress sales.
• Coordinate progress to exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments for Mortgage Advisor as needed.
