Job Overview

We’re looking for a Test Analyst to join our dynamic, energetic, and accommodating testing team at Klipboard. The role focuses on ensuring the quality of our eCommerce solution through comprehensive testing, defect identification, and close collaboration with development, product, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop manual and/or automated test cases for both functional and integration scenarios.
• Participate in all phases of the product life‑cycle: requirements analysis, test design, feature, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end test execution.
• Execute test cases, report results, track defects, and work with developers to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Review functional specifications to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Write test cases aligned with specifications to verify core functionality and investigate ambiguities in results.
• Implement and use departmental QA processes and tools.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to embed quality into new features and technologies.
• Adopt Agile development practices, actively communicate ideas, questions, and concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the software development process.

Qualifications & Experience

• ISTQB certification.
• 1–3 years of software testing experience.
• Strong manual test design, execution, and defect tracking skills.
• Experience with integration testing.
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks (Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code, Selenium with C#).
• Familiarity with Selenium Grid and Visual Regression Tracker (VRT).
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps (advantageous).
• Desirable experience in UX testing.
• Proficiency with GIT, JIRA, and test‑management tools such as TestRail and XRay.
