Rubicon’s client is looking for aTest Engineerto join their team. This well-established company is dedicated to maintaining high standards and investing in their people. You will be reporting to the Quality Manager and supporting the daily functions of theTest and Calibration Cell, ensuring productsmeet company and customer quality standards.

AsTest Engineer,you’ll benefit from:

AsTest Engineer,your responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying productsagainst customer documentation and applicable inspection standards
  • Diagnosing test failures and performing necessary repairs
  • Developing and maintaining inspection/test schedules and procedures
  • Coordinating calibration activities and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing feedback to Production Planning on adherence to the production plan
  • Promoting ESD safe working practicesand maintaining a safe working environment

AsTest Engineer,your experience will include:

  • Minimum of3 years’ experienceas a Team Leader within an electronics manufacturing environment
  • HNC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Certified IPC Specialist (610 and 620)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to prioritise multiple concurrent activities effectively
