Job summary

Red Bull Advanced Technologies is seeking an Electronics Support Engineer to join the Red Bull Advanced Engineering team on an 18 Month FTC. You will provide technical support for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, while assisting with builds, calibration, and fault resolution.

You will work closely with Electrical Technicians and other engineers to ensure high-quality data from sensors and telemetry, supporting testing on rigs and track.

Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency with electrical and electronic systems.
• Solid data analysis skills to monitor telemetry data and identify system failures.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Assist with specifying and installing electrical systems and components.
• Support Electrical Technicians with builds, commissioning, calibration, and fault resolution.
• Assist with electrical inspections, testing, and quality management.
• Participate in rig and track testing, ensuring systems function correctly.
• Support the development and implementation of new electrical systems.
• Detect and resolve system anomalies using data analysis.
• Investigate and resolve electrical faults promptly.
• Calibrate systems and sensors, ensuring high-quality data for analysis.
• Manage software version control for rigs and products.
• Collaborate with supply partners for data transfer and setup.
• Maintain accurate records of software releases, electrical work, and system modifications.
• Provide detailed post-test/event reports on system performance and improvements.
