Job summary

MTrec Technical is recruiting an Electronics Project Engineer for a growing client near Middlesbrough. You will lead end-to-end projects, from planning through implementation, using the best PM approach in line with company procedures.

You will steer cross-functional delivery teams, manage budgets and communicate with stakeholders to keep projects on time and within quality targets. APM/Prince2/Agile qualifications and electronics manufacturing experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Formal project management qualification (APM, Prince2 or Agile).
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or related engineering/manufacturing field.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects end-to-end, from planning to implementation using appropriate PM methods.
• Provide leadership to project delivery teams.
• Manage projects to time, cost and quality requirements.
• Communicate updates clearly to all stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Oversee budgets, labour, materials and revenue forecasting.
• Develop schedules to track activities and deliverables.
• Maintain governance across the project portfolio.
• Proactively manage risks and implement corrective actions.
