Plexus Corp. Livingston site is hiring a Production Operator to support basic level manufacturing processes and meet customer deadlines. You will follow instructions, learn company policies, and work safely and efficiently in a team environment.

This role requires willingness to learn, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage workload with accuracy in a cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of related experience in electronics production/manufacturing is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Good oral and written communication skills are necessary.

Responsabilités

• Operates tool/equipment/processes in accordance with provided instructions or based on experience with limited guidance.
• Assists in creating work instructions when none are available.
• Maintains quality standards and documents work, timekeeping, labor, inventory, and process data.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, cleanliness, product quality, and efficiency.
• Keeps certifications and training up to date; completes assignments on time and with quality.
• Trains others on tasks if assigned.
