Job summary

Qualifications

• PCB repair experience.
• Soldering PCB to component level.
• HNC Manufacturing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair inverter PCBs and components for solar and wind energy systems.
• Perform detailed soldering, desoldering, and circuit board–level repairs.
• Read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical documentation.
• Conduct functional and quality testing post‑repair to ensure system reliability.
• Liaise with customers or account managers regarding repair progress when required.
• Maintain accurate repair records and follow internal processes.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to developing new repair techniques.
