Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Electronics manufacturing experience, focusing on PCB or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Strong understanding of SMT, through-hole and box-build assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities for various assembly lines.
• Maintain production schedules and monitor progress.
• Allocate work assignments and adjust priorities.

Skills

Technical knowledge of PCB and electro-mechanical assembly processes

Lead or supervisory experience

Understanding of SMT, through-hole and box-build assembly processes

Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards

Ability to read assembly drawings and schematics

Experience with ERP / MRP systems

Computer literacy
