Job summary

NPTC Group of Colleges is recruiting an Associate Lecturer to join Neath College on a permanent, flexible fractional basis. The role offers progression through Associate Lecturer Scales 1-4 (£26,387 - £31,140 pro rata) or Main Grade Scales 1-UP1 (£33,596 - £48,289 pro rata) depending on qualifications.

We are seeking candidates with a teaching qualification (training provided), a level 6 qualification in the subject area, Level 2 Maths/English (GCSE or equivalent), and IT literacy at level 4.
