Job summary

Media Stream AI Limited in Manchester is seeking a hardware engineer to own the electronics that move and power our robot, including motor drives, power distribution, battery interface and on-board compute integration.

You will design and bring up motor drive electronics, review schematics and PCB layouts for EMC and safety, integrate compute and sensor buses, and support test, debug, and production changes. The Manchester factory comes online Q1 2027, with start dates agreed individually.

Qualifications

• Experience designing power and motor-drive electronics.
• Proficient in schematic capture and PCB layout review.
• Knowledge of EMC standards and electrical safety for hardware bring-up.
