Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join a multidisciplinary hardware team, shaping next-gen assistive technology. You will design, implement and validate embedded electronic systems and collaborate across hardware, firmware, mechanical and manufacturing disciplines to deliver reliable products.

The role involves concepts from prototyping to manufacture, with emphasis on production-ready electronics and continuous improvement in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

Designing, analysing, testing and validating electronic systems.
Low-level embedded firmware development in C, C++ or Rust.
Power electronics experience, including DC-DC converters, battery charging or power management systems.
Schematic capture and PCB design, ideally using Altium Designer.
Hands-on laboratory testing and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

Designing, analysing, testing and validating electronic systems.
Embedded electronics development across USB, I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO and ADC/DAC interfaces.
Cross-functional collaboration with firmware, mechanical and manufacturing teams.
Developing production-ready electronic products from concept through to manufacture.
