Job summary

Cambridge Audio is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join our Electronics Engineering team at London Bridge HQ. This hands-on role involves designing analogue, digital and power electronics for our audio products, taking ownership of circuits and system-level work, and delivering accurate documentation.

You'll work with mechanical, firmware, software, QA and manufacturing teams in a hybrid, office-based setting with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related subject.
• Proven experience in electronics design, ideally within audio or consumer electronics.
• Strong knowledge across analogue, digital and power electronics.
• Hands-on PCB schematic capture and layout experience (Altium preferred).
• Interest in experimenting with AI design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design analogue, digital, power and mixed-signal circuits to meet project requirements.
• Produce schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs and test documentation.
• Design with cost targets, manufacturing requirements and regulatory standards; flag risks early.
• Build prototypes, support bring-up and testing, verify designs against specs.
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, software, QA and manufacturing teams to ensure integration.
