Job summary

An Electronics Engineer is required in Berkshire to join a leading engineering organisation on a permanent basis. You will design and develop products from concept to manufacture, focusing on analogue circuits and audio hardware such as power amplifiers, filters and preamps.

The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team on cutting-edge audio projects, handling measurement specs (THD+N, frequency response, SNR) and preparing designs for manufacture.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience as an Electronics Engineer, Electronics Design Engineer or similar role
• Experience designing analogue circuits for power amplifiers, filters, preamps, mixers and headphone drivers
• Experience with digital audio interfaces such as I2S, TDM, PDM, S/PDIF or USB audio
• Experience with audio measurements (THD+N, frequency response, noise floor, SNR, crosstalk, gain, dynamic range)
• Security cleared (SC clearance)

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing products from concept to manufacture
• Working on analogue audio hardware and power amplifier designs
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team to take projects to production
• Ensuring designs meet performance, reliability and regulatory requirements
