Electronics Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team in Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, developing innovative electronic solutions for the Communications Industry. You'll be involved from concept design through to system integration and customer acceptance, with real scope to shape your career.

Role
  • Lead the design and development of electronic systems, both analogue and digital.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver successful design solutions.
  • Support system integration, troubleshooting and compliance testing.
  • Prepare technical documentation including schematics, bills of materials and change notes.
  • Provide occasional offsite support for installation and maintenance.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics or related discipline.
  • Must be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
  • Experience in analogue and digital design, including power supply circuits, signal conditioning, FPGA interfacing and EMC compliance.
  • Skilled in product design from specification through to compliance and acceptance.
  • Proficient with ECAD tools (Cadence OrCAD desirable).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to fault-find to component level.
