Overview

TI is a dynamic, fast‑paced department focused on developing and delivering next‑generation bathing experiences. As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will design hardware and firmware for a new wellbeing‑focused category, ensuring high‑quality design and integration of advanced technology into market‑leading consumer products. You will collaborate with a global team of engineers, marketing and design functions to deliver innovative solutions that delight customers and strengthen brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and design hardware and firmware for new consumer products, focusing on control, sensing and user interfaces.
  • Own embedded firmware and hardware design activities within the new category.
  • Participate in all phases of electronics and firmware development: requirements capture, design, implementation, integration, compliance testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineering, marketing, approvals, industrial design and external suppliers on integrated product development.
  • Report directly to the Senior Manager – Programmes, Innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electronics, Electrical or Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in new‑product development.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in designing real‑time embedded firmware for microcontroller platforms (ARM, etc.).
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium, ORCad or equivalent).
  • Expertise in embedded C, object‑oriented design and bare‑metal programming.
  • Solid understanding of EMC and PCB design rules to meet compliance requirements (CE, FCC, UL).
  • Familiarity with design validation techniques such as FMEA, DFMEA, DFM.
  • Desirable: experience designing products with BLE, WiFi, MQTT or Matter; familiarity with Zephyr or similar RTOS ecosystems; familiarity with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
