Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking an RF & Electronics Design Engineer to join a leading global engineering and technology organisation. You will design, develop, integrate and test advanced communication systems used in mission-critical environments worldwide.

You'll work through the full development lifecycle, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to innovative electronic products and industry-leading projects.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience of electronic circuit design, simulation, prototyping, and development.
• Knowledge of analogue, digital, and/or RF electronics.
• Understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

You'll play a key role in the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced communication systems used in mission-critical environments across the world.

The Role

As part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for:

• Electronic circuit design and development
• PCB specification, prototyping, and evaluation
• Hardware integration, verification, and testing
• Developing and executing test plans
• Producing technical documentation
• Participating in design reviews and technical discussions
• Supporting product development from concept through to manufacture
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers

About You

We're interested in hearing from candidates with:

• A degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience of electronic circuit design, simulation, prototyping, and development
