You will lead the CAD team, deliver electrical schematics for bespoke projects, and work closely with clients and other departments to meet technical requirements. You will oversee a dynamic CAD department, driving capacity planning, coaching, and project prioritisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a CAD team.
• Strong electronics knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

• Support, manage and develop CAD Technicians at all levels.
• Plan team capacity and delegate projects.
• Set team and individual targets.
