Job Description

We have a small number of exciting and lucrative opportunities for experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) Analysts and Programmer for a long term (2.5 – 5 year period) tax free deployment to one of the most progressive countries in the Middle East.

On offer is a Negotiable tax‑free salary alongside an excellent Middle Eastern Expatriate benefits package, including free accommodation, healthcare and travel allowances. Some roles are required to start immediately.

Your impact
  • Mission Data Set generation
  • Testing and Verification of Mission Data Sets
  • Analytical reviews of Emitter data
  • Assessment and exploitation of Theatre Weapon Systems and develop effective Countermeasures
  • Designing, building and evaluating Sensor Fusion and Display data
  • Verifying the veracity of intercepted data

Successful applicants will be embedded within the end users EW Centre and resident in country on a multi‑year contract. Day to day you will act in the capacity of SME supporting the execution and development of the end user operational requirements and actively training local SME manpower through On‑Job‑Training to achieve the National aspirations of sovereign EWOS self‑sufficiency.

What you’ll bring
  • Flexible approach to the working environment, with a cultural awareness, and the ability to work well in a team
  • Qualified by specialist EW training with 2–3+ years’ EWOS experience.
  • Experience with: DASS, ECM, ESM, AISS, or T&V.
  • Strong PFA, MDS or emitter data analysis capability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal / external stakeholders at varying levels
  • Self‑motivated with a strong aptitude for problem‑solving and decision making, able to work unsupervised using your own initiative
  • Computer proficiency: MS Office; MATLAB / Simulink / C++ desirable

This role is subject to pre‑employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) will apply, this includes meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC).
