  • Testing, diagnosing and repairing electronic products and assemblies
  • Ensuring all production units meet established quality benchmarks.
  • Composing and refining test procedures and technical instructions.
  • Resolving technical issues within the production environment.
  • Building, modifying and wiring electronic systems to engineering drawings.
  • Maintaining and calibrating test equipment as required.
Electronic Repair Engineer - Skills & Experience - Electronics, Test, Repair, Diagnostic
  • HNC/D qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or a similar discipline.
  • Experience within a test, diagnostic or electronic repair environment.
  • Strong fault-finding capability down to component level.
  • Confident use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, PSUs and other lab equipment.
  • Competent soldering and rework skills across through-hole and SMT components.
  • Ability to follow detailed technical documentation and engineering drawings.
  • A full UK driving licence (some travel may be required).
