Omega Resource Group is seeking an experienced Electronic Design Engineer in Wolverhampton to join a team developing production equipment. The role focuses on analogue and digital design, PCB work, and leading on electronics projects in an industrial setting.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s in electronic or electrical engineering, strong analogue/digital design skills, and experience with safety equipment, PLCs, and motor drives. Knowledge of C++/Visual Basic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree - Electronic/ Electrical Engineering
• Experience of complex analogue and digital electronics design.
• Experience of the design and manufacture of industrial machines.
• Knowledge of Safety Related Equipment, PLCs and Motor Drive systems.
• Electronic/ electrical fault-finding experience.
• Low Level Programming (C++, Visual Basic)

The Role - Electronic Design Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Electronic Design Engineer to join our client’s team at in the development of Production equipment to support engineering.

You’ll need to be experienced in PCB and general electronic design ideally within an environment supporting the development of products and machinery.
