Electronic Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to design, develop and test electronic systems used in advanced instrumentation and automation products. You will work closely with firmware and software teams to deliver reliable, high-performance products that meet strict accuracy and compliance standards.

About the role

As an Electronics Engineer, you will take projects from concept through to production, designing circuits, developing PCB layouts and ensuring the finished product meets all functional and regulatory requirements. This is a hands‑on design and development position with real technical variety.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and develop analogue and digital circuits from concept through to production release.
  • Produce schematic and PCB layouts using industry‑standard CAD tools.
  • Conduct design validation, testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies.
  • Work closely with firmware and software engineers to ensure seamless hardware‑software integration.
  • Ensure all designs meet safety, EMC and manufacturing standards.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation across new product development.
Skills and experience
  • Proven background as an Electronics Engineer designing complex electronic systems.
  • Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, FPGAs or DSPs.
  • Confident in PCB design, schematic capture and use of test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyser, multimeter).
  • Knowledge of embedded systems principles and basic firmware understanding.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
