Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent high-tech experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• IT skills including TCP/IP networking.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Clean driving license.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, upgrades, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Coordinate work with colleagues, service operations and management.
• Instruct customers in instrument use for safe operations.
• Provide proactive technical support via phone and email.
• Produce reports of activities and expenses.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to improve system documentation and procedures.
