Job summary

Integrate Engineering Resources is seeking motivated Semi-Skilled Workshop Operatives in the UK. This full-time, short-term contract role (April – July) involves supporting projects in the electro-mechanical sector, primarily in the power industry. Responsibilities include assisting tradespeople, maintaining site cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety procedures. Candidates should have a driving license and basic English and Maths qualifications. Training is provided, and prior experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic training will be provided for new operatives.
• Previous industry experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out construction-related tasks as directed by site management.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with various aspects of project work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workshop and site areas.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules.
