The Electro-Mechanical Engineer in Wimborne will be responsible for designing complex electro-mechanical assemblies, including enclosures, wiring harnesses, and PCB assemblies using 3D CAD tools. Working in a collaborative and forward-thinking team, the Electro-Mechanical Engineer will generate and manage engineering drawings, apply configuration control using systems such as PTC Windchill, and lead engineering change requests. They will work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and use advanced problem-solving tools such as Design for Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
