Proactive is seeking an Electro Mechanical Assembler in Kempston to join a growing manufacturing team. You will assemble mechanical parts and components, prep materials for production, and perform basic electrical assembly with hand tools.

The role requires good verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, and quality awareness to maintain high standards on the shop floor.

Position: Electro Mechanical Assembler

Location: Kempston

Proactive are currently working with a client who are a market leader in their field based in Kempston.

The client are currently in need of a Electro Mechanical Assembler. The need is due to rapid company growth, the successful candidate will be joining a thriving business and be helping maintain the site's function through this exciting influx of work.

Your daily duties will include:

• Assemble mechanical parts and components
• Prepping of materials for production, drilling, cutting etc
• Some electrical assembly e.g putting on connectors
• Use of hand tools
