Job summary

Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble, test, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electrical wiring, mechanical assemblies, and technical documentation to produce high-quality products that meet engineering specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub assemblies
  • Must be able to work to engineering assembly drawings, schematics and work instructions
  • Perform mechanical assembly using various hand tools such as spanners, screw drivers as well as electric power tools
  • Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring instruments such as Verniers, Micrometers and other measuring gauges
  • Perform functional testing and basic troubleshooting of assembled units
  • Identify and report defects, non conformities, or process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines
  • Document assembly steps and complete required production records
