A major global firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Condition Monitoring Deployment Manager to lead a team focused on enhancing customer and dealer experience. The role requires managing global deployments and developing training programs. As a Condition Monitoring Deployment Manager, you will be accountable for delivering superior customer and dealer experience by managing the global Condition Monitoring (CM) Deployment Team. This role is all about leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will empower your team to deliver world‑class deployments, develop and strengthen CMA training programs worldwide, and advance the tools and processes that make CM a differentiator for our customers.

Team Management over Deployment and Superior Customer / Dealer Experience:
Accountable for ensuring team delivers and manages roles and responsibilities associated with CM site deployment leading to successful service outcomes
Ensure CM kickoff and commercial communication excellence
Develop and manage consistent, global deployment methodology and documentation
Coordination of internal team activities to steer efficiencies and sustain deployment processes
Drive standard work for site deployment and CMA interfaces with customers and dealers
Support tool and dashboard development to govern and manage CM team performance
Support tool and dashboard development to deliver value to customers through enhanced CM capabilities and reporting
Coordinate with CMA SMEs to integrate critical knowledge into CMA training program
Technical Excellence: Strong commercial experience and the ability to support and influence organizational change. Candidates should bring a foundational understanding of Condition Monitoring along with exposure to equipment applications across mining, quarry and aggregates, and waste environments. Understanding of the core responsibilities and day‑to‑day activities of a Condition Monitoring Advisor is also essential for success in this position.
Customer Focus: Direct customer and/or Cat® dealer‑facing experience.
Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Field Support: Knowledge of and experience with providing post‑sales support; ability to support maintenance of hardware products.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
Formal leadership or informal leadership via cross‑functional activity (project management, product development, 6‑Sigma, CPI, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Power-Bi)
The primary work location for this role is Tucson, AZ or Peoria, IL, with a requirement to work on‑site full‑time at a Caterpillar facility.
Domestic relocation assistance is available.
This position may require up to 25 % travel.

$144,960.00 - $217,320.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
