Job summary

1st Step Solutions Ltd in Plymouth is seeking an Electrician/Tester for a 6-month contract starting ASAP. You will perform EICRs, PAT testing, and routine maintenance on commercial/industrial sites. The role includes a 45-hour week with paid time for 52.5 hours at an average rate around £32.66/hr.

Required: JIB Card or equivalent and proven testing/inspection capability. The project is on-site, with potential for extension based on work needs and performance.

Qualifications

• JIB Card or equivalent required.
• Electrical testing and inspection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform small works, maintenance, EICRs and PAT testing on commercial/industrial sites.
• Replace faulty sockets and fixtures as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site.
