Stag Solar Solutions Ltd in Essex is seeking a qualified electrician to join our team delivering solar PV, battery storage and EV charging installations across Essex. You will perform electrical testing and commissioning, fault finding and maintenance, with occasional commercial renewables projects, working alongside roofers to ensure quality and safety.

The role offers permanent, long-term opportunities with ongoing manufacturer training and support to gain additional renewable energy

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation is required.
• AM2 certification is preferred.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations are essential.
• 2391 Inspection & Testing is advantageous.
• A Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsabilidades

• Install battery storage systems, EV charging equipment and solar PV systems.
• Conduct electrical testing and commissioning to ensure safety and compliance.
• Perform fault finding and maintenance on installations.
• Assist with occasional commercial renewable installations.
• Collaborate with roofers and installers to ensure high electrical quality.

We’re growing and are looking for a qualified electrician who takes pride in producing neat, safe, compliant work and enjoys being part of a professional team.

The Role

You’ll be carrying out installations of:

• Battery storage systems
• EV charging equipment
• Electrical testing and commissioning
• Fault finding and maintenance
• Occasional commercial renewable installations

You’ll work alongside experienced roofers and installers while taking responsibility for the electrical quality of every installation.

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• AM2
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (preferred but not essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

Previous solar experience is welcome but not essential. We can provide product-specific training to the right electrician.
