Location: Bournemouth / Ferndown

Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm)

The Role: Electrician (Office‑Based)

We are seeking a proactive and solution‑focused Electrician to join the thriving Installations Team. You will utilise your technical knowledge to quickly resolve site issues and ensure quality standards are met, keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.

Key Responsibilities

• Join the Installations Team to help coordinate PV, EVCE (Electric Vehicle Charge Equipment), and EESS (Electrical Energy Storage Systems) installations.
• Complete phone‑based surveys with customers post‑sale to quality check designs and ensure seamless installations.
• Provide technical assistance and expertise to the Sales, Installations, and Aftercare teams.
• Enforce and ensure electrical compliance in accordance with the latest electrical, BS regulations, and MCS requirements.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of work through quality control systems.

Experience and Qualifications Required

Essential Qualifications

• Level 3 in Electrical Installation (NVQ or similar).
• 18th Edition Certificate.
• Inspection & Testing qualification (C&G 2391 or equivalent).
• A clear technical understanding of electrical technical issues and resolutions.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with PV solar or renewables is highly desirable.
• EV experience would be beneficial.
• Design and Verification qualification is advantageous.
• Excellent, habitual report writing and IT skills.
• Ability to work within a deadline‑driven team environment.
