About your team

Your role

Your mission is to help us mend it by diving head first into the world of electrical Installation & maintenance. This is the apprenticeship path to becoming a Domestic Electrician. This is your chance to kickstart a career that powers homes, energises communities, and lights up lives.

This is boots-on-the-ground, hands-on learning with growth into a role that’s as rewarding as it is essential. If you’ve got the spark, we’ve got the switch!

What we’re looking for

• 4 GCSEs, ideally including Maths & English, at grade C/4 or above or a recognised equivalent.
• A genuine passion for learning a trade & striving for a successful career whilst working to the highest levels of safety.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Availability to attend your training course, with provided accommodation and travel if needed (training is hosted by Trade Skills 4U in predetermined locations in England).
• Customer-first mindset - You’ll listen, understand, and offer energy-saving solutions that make a real difference in people’s homes.

What’s in it for you

• A starting salary of £18,564 which will continue to rise as you hit specific milestones during your apprenticeship.
• After completing the full programme, salary may increase to £41,389 with bonus and add-ons on top.
• London Weighting Allowance ranging from £4,160 to £6,240 (dependant on location) for living or starting your day within London.
• An expensed electric van for work, including an EV charge point where applicable & charge card.
