Job summary

AWE Aldermaston is seeking an Electrician to join its disciplined craft team. You will carry out electrical installation, maintenance, testing and fault-finding on complex systems, working safely and to site procedures.

The role requires City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent), 18th Edition, and SC clearance. You will read drawings, complete certification, and collaborate across trades on major engineering and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent.
• Relevant electrical experience.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Inspection & Testing qualification desirable.
• Previous industrial, commercial or facilities experience advantageous.
• Valid SC Clearance is required.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Ability to work within a highly controlled and regulated environment.
