Qualifications

• Read and interpret complex schematic drawings to plan assembly methods and sequences.
• Wiring, installation, terminations, connecting panels, crimping, and upfitting cable trays/ladder racks and conduits on gensets and enclosures.
• Safely operate a wide variety of power and hand tools.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Strict compliance with site health, safety, quality standards, and the 5S programme.
• Train and mentor other team members when required.
• Maintain professional conduct aligned with company core values and support business improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
