Job summary

Simply Recruitment Group is recruiting qualified Electricians to join a specialist team delivering Airfield Ground Lighting installation works on a major aviation project in Lincolnshire. This long-term 18-month contract offers day and night shifts with training provided.

Role involves installing LV wiring and AGL systems, reading electrical drawings, and adhering to health, safety and quality standards. You must have CSCS/JIB, NVQ3, AM2 and a full UK driving licence, with at least 3 years’

Qualifications

• CSCS/JIB Card holder is required.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and AM2 Certification are essential.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Installation Electrician and full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all electrical installation works per regulations and project specs.
• Install LV wiring and Airfield Ground Lighting systems.
• Install electrical containment systems and cable pulling.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and installation plans.
• Maintain Health, Safety and Quality standards at all times.
• Collaborate with site management to complete works to programme.

Overview

Simply Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for qualified Electricians to join a specialist team delivering Airfield Ground Lighting installation works on a major aviation project in Lincolnshire. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all electrical installation works in accordance with current regulations and project specifications.
• Install LV wiring systems and Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) systems.
• Install electrical containment systems.
• Carry out cable pulling and cable installation works.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and installation plans.
• Work to strict Health, Safety and Quality standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with site management and the wider project team to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS / JIB Card.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• AM2 Certification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Installation Electrician.
• Proven experience installing LV wiring systems.
• Experience installing electrical containment.
• Ability to carry out cable pulling and associated installation works.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Clean DBS Check.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
