Job summary

Padstone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrician for a commercial development in Rochester. The role involves 1st and 2nd fix works, containment, wiring, lighting, conduit and related trades with minimal supervision.

Candidates must have a JIB Gold Card, full PPE, and a proven track record on similar projects. The position offers a day rate of £210–£220, paid weekly under CIS, with overtime available and up to nine months of work.

Qualifications

• Experience as an electrician on commercial projects.
• Must hold a valid JIB Gold Card and PPE on site.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Containment, cables, tray/basket, conduit and trunking works.
• Power, wiring and lighting installations.
• 1st & 2nd fix duties and site readiness.

Electrician

We are currently looking for JIB install electricians for an immediate start on a new commercial development in Rochester.

Paying a day rate £210 - £220 with weekly pay CIS working Mon to Fri. Working hours 7:30am-4pm. Overtime if wanted. Up to nine months work for the right candidates.

Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work in various areas of the projects with limited supervision and use initiative

Candidates must have full PPE and JIB gold card. The successful candidates will need to have previous experience and good time keeping, with a good attitude to work.

Money is paid weekly, CIS. Electrical Pairs are welcome on site.
