Job summary

Aira is expanding its team of Electricians to install air source heat pumps in customers' homes across the UK. You will be trained at the Aira Academy and progress to becoming a Heat Pump expert while contributing to lower costs and carbon footprints for families.

You'll perform electrical alterations, install distribution boards, isolators and wiring, and you will be tested and signed off on each installation. Aira offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a company van.

Qualifications

• Level 3 electrical qualifications or equivalent.
• 2391-52 testing and inspection certification.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge.
• Experience working in domestic properties.

Responsibilities

• Wire up the latest Aira heat pumps in customers' homes.
• Carry out alterations to customer electrics, including DBs and isolators.
• Test, inspect, and sign off installations.
• Complete training at the Aira Academy to become a heat pump expert.
• Join a Europe-wide team of engineers as part of the Aira Family.

We're looking for experienced electricians to join our team of air Clean Energy Technicians installing air source heat pumps in customer's homes across the UK.

If you're an experienced electrician, we want to hear from you. With full training given at the Aira Academy, You do not need previous heat pump experience!

What you'll be doing as an Electrician at Aira

• You'll be helping families lower their costs and their carbon footprint by wiring up the latest Aira heat pumps.
• You'll be carrying out alterations to customer electrics including installing DB's, isolators and wiring.
• You'll be testing, inspecting, and signing off Installation.
• You'll train at the Aira Academy to become a Heat Pump expert, giving you the opportunity for development and professional growth with the UK's fastest growing Heat Pump Installer.
• You'll be joining a Europe-Wide team of Engineers as part of the Aira Family.

What we would like you to have as an Electrician at Aira

All heat pump training will be provided at one of our Aira Academy's in the UK, but the following are required for this role:

Required

• Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualifications
• 2391-52
• 18th Edition
• Experience working in domestic properties

Any Of The Following Would Be Good

• Experience installing air source heat pumps
• Experience with central heating wiring
