Kirklees Council, Homes and Neighbourhoods (H&N) is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of almost 22,000 homes and 300 public buildings across Kirklees. Working with our communities, it is our vision to provide, ‘Quality Homes and Services in successful communities’.
As an Electrician working for H&N, you will travel throughout Kirklees and the surrounding areas to deliver the duties of this role and meet the needs of the organisation and our customers. You will be required to work as part of a team and independently to deliver quality repairs, maintenance, and installations to a high standard.
To be considered for the role, it is essential that you:
You will be expected to work flexibly around core hours, based on an annual hours allowance with the needs of the business being the priority. This is currently based around an average of a 37-hour week. You may also be required to work overtime and be a participant on the call-out rota as requested by management.
